These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Cocoa Cove’s website, luxury resort facilities, private villas, and hospitality services. By making a reservation or staying with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Luxury Villa & Resort Experience

Cocoa Cove provides exclusive accommodations designed for privacy, comfort, and tranquility. Certain amenities, services, or experiences may be subject to availability, weather conditions, or operational considerations.

2. Reservations & Occupancy

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Maximum occupancy limits apply to each villa and must be strictly observed.

  • Events, parties, or gatherings require prior written approval.

3. Rates, Payments & Deposits

  • Rates may vary by season, villa category, and length of stay.

  • A deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure reservations.

  • Additional charges may apply for concierge services, private chefs, transportation, excursions, or damages.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellation policies vary by rate plan and season.

  • No-shows or early departures may result in forfeiture of payments.

  • Detailed cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in and check-out times will be communicated prior to arrival.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees.

6. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests

  • Maintain the villa and resort property with care

  • Be responsible for any damages, losses, or excessive cleaning required

Cocoa Cove reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund for violations of property rules or disruptive behavior.

7. Housekeeping & Maintenance

Routine housekeeping and maintenance services are provided. For privacy, services may be scheduled at agreed times or upon request.

8. Liability & Risk

Guests acknowledge that:

  • Use of pools, beaches, and facilities is at their own risk

  • Cocoa Cove is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings

  • Weather conditions and natural events are beyond our control

9. Force Majeure

Cocoa Cove is not liable for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or utility failures.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, photography, and materials are the intellectual property of Cocoa Cove and may not be used without written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Grenada.

12. Amendments

Cocoa Cove reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
